What to Expect On Our Call

We’ll connect via Microsoft Teams video conference. You can choose to be on video with me or we can just voice chat. If you haven’t used Teams before, you can download it free here (computer or phone). You’ll want to be in a quiet-ish space with a good internet connection, or you can dial in by phone.

Sage Scrutiny Session

The Sage Scrutiny Session™ is normally included as part of a larger engagement but we conduct this standalone, 60 minute session will not only give you the insight into what’s really causing the challenge and actionable ideas to solve it, it will also give us a great introduction to each other before we fully engage.

Sage Team Strategy Session

Gather your team leaders, block either a full or half a day and we’ll do a deep dive to discuss your most pressing challenges. Using interactive, team-based activities, we bring out creativity, fearless ideation and accountability. During this session, I’ll diagnose the root cause of the issue and then recommend a strategy that accelerates growth and revenue so your entire leadership team is on the same page and leaves excited to truly solve the problem for good.

Sage Private Consulting

I hope that’s the first question you’re wondering about, and that you want proof! And while some consultants take offense to that question, I’m always excited when potential clients ask.

Because it tells me you’ve probably worked with a consultant or agency already and maybe had some challenging experiences, but you’re still focused on getting results.

While I’ll get more specific during our first call, some of my client testimonials below are a good start.

I believe in being highly collaborative while respecting your team’s time. Depending on the project, I typically work off-site most of the week, holding weekly meetings with leadership, and providing detailed bi-weekly progress reports. I’m also readily available by phone or email for time-sensitive issues. However, certain sessions and trainings require me to be on-site to maximize results. My role is to be an embedded partner who transfers knowledge to your team, not create dependency on me.

 I use a fixed-fee model for individual Sage Scrutiny Sessions and one-time Sage Team Strategy Sessions, with clearly defined objectives. This gives your budget certainty and aligns our incentives – my focus is on delivering value and solutions that work for your unique company, team and situation, not watching the clock.

For Sage Private Consulting clients, I worked on a retained basis so I can really get to know your business and drive long-term value. I’m also happy to build in success-based incentives.

Our first steps would be to get your paperwork completed (Letter of Agreement and a Mutual NDA), take your payment and schedule your first official kick-off call.

I accept all forms of electronic payments (Venmo, Zelle, Paypal), as well as bank transfers and credit cards. I offer discounts for pay-in-full clients and am also happy to work out payment arrangements if needed.
